A school bus with children aboard crashed into an Orange County pool Friday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

The accident occurred around 8:30 in the morning. The bus was traveling on Willowwood Street, near Rushmore Court, in western Orange County, when a car stopped in front of it, said Lieutenant Kimphes of the PFSS.

The bus driver cut the car while she was doing a gap to avoid a collision, Montes said. The bus crashed through a fence before entering the pool.

The bus was occupied by nine children, none of whom were injured, said spokesman for the Orange County Emergency Department, Mike Jachles. The jeep driver was taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.

The soldiers are investigating the accident.
