Patients at a Slate Belt dentist, now closed, should be tested for hepatitis and HIV, the Pennsylvania Department of Health said Tuesday.
On August 23, Dentist Palmer Cotturo, of Cotturo Dental Associates, was forced to close his practice at 2094 S. Cotturo returned his license to the state department on Sept. 14, according to the health department. The website and phone number of his firm were no longer active on Tuesday.
