SYRACUSE (WSYR-TV) – A Winter Weather Forecast was issued for the counties of Onondaga, Madison, Oneida, South Cayuga, Cortland, Seneca, Chenango and Lewis from 10 pm to 11 am Tuesday.

A Winter Storm Watch was issued for Oswego, North Cayuga and Wayne counties from 7 pm to 6 pm on Tuesdays and 6 pm on Wednesdays.

A storm that travels on the coast is mainly wet snow and mixed rain at lower altitudes this morning.
