A woman dead after being tied up at the Phoenix hotel with her boyfriend – History

Phoenix police announced that a man and a woman had been tied up in a motel room in Phoenix on Sunday morning. The man escaped but the woman was killed.

Officers arrived at the motel in 2700 block of Sweetwater Ave. around 8 o'clock on Sunday morning.

Upon their arrival, they found a man who had told them that he and his girlfriend had an altercation with people who had visited them in the room in which they lived.

Earlier in the morning, he and his girlfriend had been tied up in the room, but he was finally able to escape and ask for help.

The man's girlfriend, Tiffani Stelly, aged 29, was declared dead on the scene.
