A woman finds her boyfriend's engagement ring and calls it "basic"

Well, a woman went on Facebook to express her disappointment after accidentally falling on her future engagement ring – and other users are not happy.

The anonymous user, according to The sun, posted a picture of the ring on a page "ring shaming" – wrote: "Ewwwww. Shame on me Friday here I come.

"I found it in the BF night table. Not a fan.

"Please, make me grill then tell me how to say tactfully that no, you have to go for something different."

The publication on Facebook was finally shared on Reddit – and users were not impressed by the comments of the woman.

One of them wrote: "If I propose to my daughter and that she says that she does not want to marry me because she does not think that the ring is expensive / not pretty enough, I drop it.

"Show his real character."

While another horrified user was writing, "Girl, this ring is worth more than you with this attitude."

"I am always amazed by the degree of ingratitude of someone who is willing to spend so much money on him," wrote a frustrated user.

Another said: "Previously, I worked in a jewelry store, it looks almost 1 carat.

"Those start at $ 1,000."

Some users, however, gave advice to the woman.

One of them wrote: "So, just to get some concrete advice here.

"What if you do not like the ring and want another one?

"Just say yes (because you love her and you really want to marry her) and you mention it by chance a few days later maybe?"

Another suggested, "Give him hints if you talked about marriage.
