An eighth grade student who was hit seven times at Indiana college earlier this year had a much better day on Sunday.

Ella Whistler was produced with the Indianapolis Colts cheerleaders and sang the national anthem with a choir during the match while the team faced the Miami Dolphins at Lucas. Oil Stadium of Indianapolis.

Whistler and his teacher, Jason Seamen, were shot dead at Noblesville West Middle School in May by a 13-year-old boy who later admitted to shooting.

The teenage girl was touched to the face, neck and chest, and collapsed to the lungs as well as several fractures, said her family.

The sailors were shot dead three times and were accused of stopping the shots, according to the Indianapolis Star newspaper.

Noblesville is about 28 miles north of Indianapolis.
