Andy Dick, a comedian who appeared on the 1990s sitcom "NewsRadio", was charged with "guilt" for apparently fumbling with a woman he did not know on a Los Angeles street in April.
The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office filed sexual battery charges and battery charges against Dick, 52, on June 27, the Los Angeles Times reported. According to TMZ, the woman says that the actor grabbed her butt twice and made obscene comments as she passed her.
Dick "voluntarily and illegally touched an intimate part of another … against his will for the specific purpose of sexual arousal, sexual gratification, and sexual abuse" , according to legal documents obtained by the LA Times.
The city attorney's office is seeking an arrest warrant against Dick, who in the early 2000s had his own show on MTV. Dick's indictment is scheduled for July 18.
In October, Dick was fired from a movie after being accused of fumbling, non-consensual kisses and licking colleagues. was accused of sexually offering at least four members of the production.
Although Dick refused to fumble anyone, he admitted to licking and sexually proposing people on the set.
