Andy Dick, a comedian who appeared on the 1990s sitcom "NewsRadio", was charged with "guilt" for apparently fumbling with a woman he did not know on a Los Angeles street in April.

The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office filed sexual battery charges and battery charges against Dick, 52, on June 27, the Los Angeles Times reported. According to TMZ, the woman says that the actor grabbed her butt twice and made obscene comments as she passed her.

Although Dick refused to fumble anyone, he admitted to licking and sexually proposing people on the set.
