A community meeting for the fire of Spring was welcomed with good news Saturday afternoon the Costilla County Sheriff's Office arrested a man accused of arson.
According to a deputy at the meeting, the suspect named Jesper Joergensen was arrested on the same day as the fire. Local authorities, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers all took part in the investigation. People attending the meeting applauded this news.
