"America's Got Talent" on Wednesday crowned the winner of season 13: the magician Shin Lim.

The Zurcaroh dance group joined the magician on the card after Tyra Banks announced him as champion at the end of a two-hour final.

As the credits rolled, Lim told the audience, "Thank you very much, everyone, I love you all very much."

He survived nine other finalists in the final of the two-hour season on Wednesday, winning the most votes after Tuesday's show. He will receive a million dollar award and headline status for the November 'AGT' show in Las Vegas.

Approximately 90 minutes after the show began, five acts were eliminated based on the votes of viewers: singer Glennis Grace; comedian Vicki Barbolak; the singer Daniel Emmet; trapeze artists Duo Transcend and singer Courtney Hadwin.

In the last 20 minutes, "AGT" has counted the eliminations. In addition to finalist Zurcaroh, violinist Brian King Joseph was third; stand-up comedian Samuel J. Comroe was fourth; and singer Michael Ketterer finished fifth.

Tuesday's final was the most-watched episode of the season, with an average of 12.8 million viewers in Nielsen's evening audiences. It has also attracted the largest number of young adults since the June 19 episode.

As usual for televised talent competitions, a short list of winners was completed by a two-hour show filled with stars.

KISS kicked off with "Detroit Rock City", while host Tyra Banks and judges Simon Cowell, Mel B, Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel left Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons and their colleagues. The group has announced some news, announcing its next farewell tour, "End of the world tour on the road"

The final also featured the finalists of "AGT" with music stars. Hadwin teamed up with British rock band The Struts for a performance that included Janis Joplin's "Piece of My Heart". Emmet joined the opera legend Placido Domingo for an enthusiastic performance and singer / songwriter Bebe Rexha sang "I'm Mess" before Grace joined her for a duet of "Meant to Be".

Vicki Barbolak, who reached the final with his "Nasty Trailer" routine, had a lesson on how to translate the Hollywood speeches of actor / comedian David Spade.

At the beginning of the season, Cowell launched an on-air request for Garth Brooks to write a song for runner-up Ketterer, and the country music star went through as Ketterer sang Brooks' new song "The Courage to Love". .

Other appearances include electronic violinist Lindsey Stirling.
