A Ryanair passenger caught a baggage handler opening a suitcase and stealing a loudspeaker, the Sun reported on Sunday. The passenger, who was traveling from Ibiza to Madrid (Spain), alerted a steward of the incident.
The video shows the driver detaching the bag of a passenger on a luggage cart and taking out a red speaker that he put in his pocket.
Police said the man had confessed to stealing the object, which had been returned to his owner – a teenager traveling to the Spanish capital with his mother. The incident, which was first reported by the Sun, took place on Friday morning.
