TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Alabama faced its toughest test of the season on Saturday.
At least that's how the game against Texas A & M was announced.
He was at the height of billing, for most of the first half.
In the end, the final score was 45-23 for a big Bama win at home at Bryant-Denny Stadium.
The win sees the unbeaten Crimson Tide score 4-0 for the season. The A & M Aggies fall to 2-2.
The Aggies had flirted with a Clemson No. 3 reversal, when Mond spent most of his 430 yards in the second half. The Aggies could not pose any threat after only 21-13 in the second quarter.
Alabama once again put a match before halftime with Tua Tagovailoa's abilities and the tide. "Bama scored half a minute before half-time, which earned him 10 points this season. Tide beat his opponents 148-20 in the first period.
The Tide stays home on September 29 and hosts the Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin 'Cajuns.
