Alec Baldwin says he's innocent in an alleged parking brawl

Alec Baldwin insisted on Monday that he was innocent of accusations that he hit a Manhattan motorist over a parking spot – and that he had the video to prove it.

The actor has made his first appearance in the Manhattan Criminal Court for attempted assault and harassment since the fight on November 2.

"There is irrefutable video evidence that has been passed on to the District Attorney 's Office which proves without a shadow of a doubt that Mr. Baldwin has not hit anyone," said Lt.E. defense attorney Alan Abramson. Baldwin, 60, was standing next to him in a purple polo cut glasses

Baldwin, however, admitted to the cops that he had become very adept with the rival pilot.

"It's a hole. He stole my place, "he told agency officials, according to court documents. "I pushed him."

The star of "30 Rock" did not say a word in court. Judge Sandra Roper released him without bail.

The weakening of the Thesgian thief began when a driver approached and seized a parking spot that Baldwin's parent was trying to keep for his Cadillac SUV, police said.

After an exchange of swearwords, Baldwin would have whistled the man in the face and would have been arrested.

The victim, 49, was transported to a local hospital without serious injury.

Baldwin is scheduled to appear in court on January 23rd.

The capricious actor is already in trouble.

In 2014, he was beaten for telling two police officers "to be run over" when they stopped him for a bike ride on a one-way street in Manhattan.

And in 2011, he was started from a flight to play a game on his phone instead of turning it off.
