Alicia Silverstone credits her son's vegan diet for keeping him healthy.
The train Clueless star recently shared that her 7-year-old son, Bear, has "never" gotten sick or taken medicine. She thinks it's all about their vegan lifestyle.

In a June interview with RedbookSilverstone explained that it was not overly strict with Bear's vegan diet.
