A star was born almost 20 years ago.

Lady Gaga could well make her film debut in a leading role with A star is bornbut she was working as an actress well before becoming the pop star that she is today.

The singer "Til It Happens to You" studied the method as an actor at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute in New York for 10 years and played several uncredited roles early in her career. She landed one of these roles while she was only 15 years old. She participated in an episode of 2001. The Sopranos.

2001 The Sopranos

Gaga was always Stefanie Germanotta when she was chosen as girl at the pool no. The Sopranosninth episode of season three entitled "The Telltale Moozadell".

2012: Men in black 3

More than 10 years later – and four years after the release of his debut album, The Fame – Gaga has again appeared, uncredited, under the name of Alien on TV Monitors in Men in black 3.

2013: Killed with a machete

Gaga really had the opportunity to show off her acting skills (apart from her many music videos, of course) alongside Danny Trejo in Killed with a machete, where she played at La Camaleón.

2014: Sin City: a lady to kill

The following year, Gaga played Bertha's main role against Joseph Gordon-Levitt in Sin City: a lady to kill.

2015: American Horror Story: Hotel

Gaga returned to television in 2015 for Ryan Murphy American Horror Story: Hotel – and makes an entry on the set.
