We're at the end of a long road, good friends. Two sides have been warring for. . . months? Years? Generations? We stopped keeping track a long time ago. Every day is just another day lost to the struggle, so we just stop counting. But then, all of a sudden, just like that, it's over. One side admits defeat, and the other respectfully accepts the win, and warriors start to long, they can barely remember, to the spouses they could not forget. The script gets optioned; Gerard Butler is in talks to play the lead. Yes, the Great Bieber Tabloid Wars of 2018 are over.
Caught in the throes of disagreement, the rest of the world waited with bated breath, while the tabloids and their anonymous sources battled it out behind the scenes. Baldwin and Bieber went to London, the Amalfi Coast, Switzerland, and back to Canada on a whirlwind. But when you're that well-off and well-known, every day looks like a honeymoon. So that trip, too, was inconclusive.
But on Tuesday, TMZ finally got their source (s) in order and wrote that Bieber and Baldwin were in fact married on Thursday in September. And yet, "for some reason, they thing to lie about it," they wrote. "Fact is. . . People mag got it right. "It sounds very much like dad's mad. TMZ added that the couple had reached out to lawyers for a pre-nup goal, which they would take a while, decided to go ahead and get married and deal with it later. Meanwhile, somewhere in Canada, Justin Bieber, Justin Bieber introduced Baldwin to staff as his "wife." It's all finally adding up. The war is over! Though it tested patience and confusion, we made it through the long, arduous road. The only casualty was, I assume, the source close to Bieber that lied to TMZ.
The most hard-to-believe thing of all is that Alec Baldwin, Uncle of Hailey, was right when he told Access, "Well, they went off and got married." Crazy things do happen in wartime, you know.
