Without quite confirming but far from denying the accuracy of a weekend story in the Washington Post that Amazon.com Inc.

is in advanced talks to set up its secondary headquarters, or "HQ2," in Crystal City, Virginia, a suburb of Crystal City, Virginia, the company's director of economic development criticized Twitter for the "leaking genius" on the discussions between Amazon and the municipality.
Mike Grella, since 2012, according to a profile of LinkedIn, director of the company's global economic development, said the leak did nothing to favor Crystal City and called a non-disclosure breach of noncompliance apparently signed with the company:
"[S]Treat the NDA that you have signed as a used napkin. "
City planner Richard Florida was one of the first to publicly announce the source of the short tweet, the caller clarifying in more ways than one:

Others pointed out that Grella's tone was of little interest in the symbiotic relationship between the electronic tail giant and the location of its head office 2, which promised to create some 50,000 paid jobs on average in Canada. $ 100,000 per year:

Elswehere hinted that the entire search on the HQ2 site, since its announcement last September until the reduction in the number of candidates to 20 finalists, had been a sham, if the founder of 39; Amazon, Jeff Bezos, owner of The Washington Post and in the District of Columbia, was unlikely to choose anything other than a location in the district or its suburbs:
