Amber alert sent for 4-year-old girl kidnapped in Washington

Residents of San Luis Obispo County have received an Amber Alert for a 4-year-old girl reportedly abducted in Vancouver, Washington.

The alert was sent at 13:05. Saturday.

Aranza Maria Ochoa Lopez was last seen Thursday afternoon in Vancouver, according to the California Highway Patrol. Lopez, a Hispanic woman, apparently has blond hair and blue eyes.

The authorities said the girl was taken away by Esmeralda Lynn Lopez, 21.

According to Amber Alert, the suspect was last seen driving a 2005 red Chevrolet Cobalt with a "155K BLK" Washington license.

Esmeralda Lopez is described as a Hispanic woman, about 5 feet tall and weighing 138 pounds. Officials said she had dark hair and brown eyes.

The Amber alert has been sent to the following counties: Marin; Napa; Contra Costa; San Joaquin; Alameda; Santa Cruz; Monterey; San Benito; Merced; Fresno; kings; San Luis Obispo; Santa Barbara; Ventura; Santa Clara; San Mateo; Kern; Los Angeles; Orange; San Diego; Riverside; Stanislaus; Madera; and Tulare.

Those with information are encouraged to call 911.
