Simon Cowell admitted that he had fallen in love with an actress in the America's Got Talent semifinal on Tuesday.
The 58-year-old judge told 60-year-old comedian Vicki Barbolak that he had feelings for her after joking about the Italian men and visiting Denny's restaurant.
"I have a crush on you," Simon told Vicki.

"We love you because you're a great character," said 62-year-old Canadian comedian Howie Mandel.
Vicki was one of eleven numbers vying for five spots in the AGT Finals next week.

The first was singer Christina Wells, a 42-year-old mother of two from Texas.

Heidi Klum, 45, praised his "moxie and talent," but Simon said that she was "too orchestrated" and not his best performance.

"For me, production was successful personality, it was a generic routine, it was not special," said Simon, who jostled his performance with a red X.

"I'm a little in agreement with Simon, but you've always come and you've delivered again," said Mel B, but Heidi called it "spectacular."
North Carolina singer Noah Guthrie followed with a version of Whitney Houston's song "I'll always love you".
"I like the way you've stripped the song, much like Dolly Parton does," said Heidi, the 24-year-old singer.

"When you started for the first time, I thought it was really horrible, but in the last 20 seconds I thought your voice was wonderful," Simon thought, while the other judges said Were accused of being "cranky".

"You're much more than a simple choir," Howie launched, while Mel B called it "beautiful."

"For me it was the best performance of the evening so far," said Simon, who termed it "chic" and "brilliant".

"It was in a league so different from everything we saw tonight … you could win this show," Simon complimented.

"I must be honest, tonight was a little offbeat, I felt your nerves," said Mel B.
America's Got Talent continues on Wednesday on NBC with a BTS performance and vote results from viewers.
