Amy Schumer canceled her show in Dallas Thursday after landing at the hospital. The star of "Trainwreck" says that she is suffering from a complication related to her pregnancy, but assures the fans that she and her baby are going "well".

The comedian wrote on Instagram: "Texas, I'm really sorry, I'm really looking forward to watching these shows, I have to reprogram, I'm in the hospital, I'm fine. Well, but everyone who says that the second quarter is better not tell the whole story.I was even sicker this quarter.I have a hyperemesis and that breath. To be pregnant, but here are some bulls ** t! Send so much love to the doctors and nurses who take a good take care of me and Tati! They are really great! And in Texas, I am really sorry and I'll be there as soon as I get better. "

Hyperemesis is extreme morning sickness characterized by severe nausea and vomiting.

Earlier this month, Schumer complained that the pregnancy had been difficult, saying on a show: "I do not like it, I've had a very difficult pregnancy so far."

Schumer announced her pregnancy in October, via the Instagram account of her friend Jessica Yellin.

"I wanted to share news from our community, it's maybe noise, but that's happy noise," wrote Yellin. "So I'm not making any voting recommendations, but these are the recommendations of Amy Schumer, one of the oldest and most consistent supporters of News Not Noise. Down, you'll see that there's news out there. Congratulations, Amy. "

Yellin posted notes from Schumer with all of Schumer's voting recommendations, with a line at the end saying, "I'm pregnant – Amy Schumer."

Schumer married chef Chris Fischer at a beach wedding in February.
