According to ABC News, Jasso was the second US service member to be killed in Afghanistan this month, and on 10th this year. Jasso's death comes just weeks after that of Major Brent R. Taylor, who was killed during an insider attack in Kabul earlier in November, reported ABC News. A father of seven, Taylor was also Mayor of North Ogden, Utah, his hometown.
