An employee of Burger King reportedly fired following racist speech

An employee at the wheel of Burger King in Miami Beach engaged in a rude exchange of words with customers that resulted in his termination, according to a report released this week.

A spokeswoman for Burger King responded to The Herald, pointing out that "this team member's actions do not reflect Burger King brand values."

"We have a zero tolerance policy for this type of behavior and the individual is no longer in the business," she said.
