BALTIMORE – The Los Angeles Angels beat a six-game losing streak Friday night. They hit two homers and scored a 7-1 win over the Baltimore Orioles.

The Angels were injured by injuries, and manager Mike Scioscia hopes that they will be able to change things.

The Angels (42-41) will send left-handed Tyler Skaggs (6-5, 2.69 ERA) to throw him Saturday against Andrew Cashner of Baltimore (2-8, 4.70).

Baltimore made a wave of blows on Friday. The Orioles recalled left-handed Paul Fry and right-winger Ryan Meisinger of Norfolk Triple A.
Both made their league debuts in Friday's loss. Meisinger came first, and the right-hander allowed a two-hit series in 1 2/3 innings. Fry also went 1 2/3 innings but did not give up a race. The southpaw eliminated the first two batters he faced – including Mike Trout.
