A tigress was beaten to death and crushed Sunday night in the Dudhwa Tiger Reserve (UP) after injuring a man.

A tigress was beaten to death and crushed Sunday night in the Dudhwa Tiger Reserve (Uttar Pradesh) area of Uttar Pradesh, after injuring a man.
The man died later in the hospital.
This is the second incident just days after the outbreak of another tigress named Avni, which killed 13 people in the last two years in a Maharashtra forest.
Tigress UP attacked a 50-year-old Devanand. Angry villagers walked to the central area of the park, beat forest guards, grabbed a tractor and crushed the 10-year-old tigress.
Mahavir Kaujlagi, deputy director of the Dudhwa Tiger Reserve Reserve on the ground, confirmed to PTI: "stray villagers".
The field director of the Tigers Reserve, Ramesh Kumar Pandey, also learned of the incident.
