Anthony Lynn about the Chargers' win: we did all our kicks

The Los Angeles Chargers entered Cleveland and exorcised demons.

On the last trip to the shores of Lake Erie in 2016, the Chargers witnessed a deep right-wing placement, giving the Browns their only win of the season.

In Sunday's 38-14 road win, the Chargers not only avenged this loss, but may have put an end to some of their struggles in recent seasons.

"Well, we did all our fucking shots," coach Anthony Lynn said after the victory, via the Associated Press. "All the extra points, all the goals in the field, so that's an improvement."

Rookie Michael Badgley earned four more points and a 44-yard placement in Sunday's win. The rookie replaced Caleb Sturgis, injured by a quad.

Sturgis perpetuated the tradition of the kickers' kicker misfortunes. The sixth-year veteran played one game out of five without missing the season. He converted nine of his 12 field goals and 8 of his 12 extra points.

After the win, Lynn said that he would not make any decision on the situation, but he said he was willing to stay with Badgley until Sturgis was completely healthy. The size of the sample is painfully small, but if Badgley continues to try his luck, the shortfall in earnings could turn into more.

After all the shippers' attempts to solve their kicker problems, stumbling over the accident response would be the perfect ending of the horror show.
