Pittsburgh Steelers catcher Antonio Brown met with reporters Thursday for the first time since head coach Mike Tomlin said Brown was punished for failing to report for work on Monday.

Brown insisted – by several Tweets by Ed Bouchette of Pittsburgh Post-Gazette – that he is not looking for a job and that he is angry because the team is without a win during the two weeks of the NFL season.

Brown, 30, did not show up at the team meetings and the film review on Monday, and Tomlin was questioned about it at his weekly press conference on Tuesday.

"I look forward to visiting him today and discussing it, among other things," Tomlin told reporters.

Brown's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, said via Twitter that his client "had a personal problem".

Earlier this week, Brown responded to a tweet by suggesting that he would not put the numbers he made for other teams by tweeting: "Exchange me, find out."

Brown would have left the locker room before the arrival of the media after Pittsburgh's loss on Sunday to the Kansas City Chiefs. And last week, he threatened an ESPN reporter via Twitter and later issued an apology.

The Steelers are 0-1-1. Their defense awarded 42 points to the Chiefs. Running back Le & # 39; Veon Bell missed both games as he continues to hold on.

The Cincinnati Bengals host the Steelers in Week 6 on Oct. 14 and will travel to Pittsburgh for Week 17 Dec. 30. The Bengals lost six straight games against the Steelers, whose defeat in January 2016.
