Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin told the media on Wednesday that he disciplined All-Pro receiver Antonio Brown for failing to show up at the team's facilities following the 42-37 loss. Pittsburgh vs Kansas City.

In addition to the missing jobs on Monday, Brown reacted to criticism this morning by a former staff member who suggested that his success was closely tied to quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

The receiver has had five consecutive seasons of 100 catches with Roethlisberger as QB. Brown's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, issued a statement to Adam Schefter after the social media exchange.
"The tweet yesterday was not in reference to anything other than Antonio answering a person he knows", Rosenhaus m said. "He was not destined to a trade, or to want to be marketed, and any idea he asked for an exchange was not accurate.
Rosenhaus said Brown was dealing with a "personal affair" on Monday.
He added: "I spoke to the team about this.His problem was not related to the tweet or his relationship with the team.Third, AB has an incredible motivation. to win, he just wants to win, that's all. "
Roethlisberger said that he spoke to Brown and reiterated that Brown's actions are due to frustration.

The Steelers are 0-1-1 in the third week against Ryan Fitzpatrick and the Bucs. Teammates expect Brown to play in the team's Monday night game.
