PITTSBURGH – Pittsburgh Steelers catcher Antonio Brown faces a lawsuit in Florida, CBS Pittsburgh reports. According to court documents, Brown is accused of throwing furniture from the balcony of the fourteenth floor of a Florida apartment building. The furniture almost hit a 22-month-old child during the alleged incident, which occurred in April.

The lawsuit alleges that two very large vases, an ottoman and other furniture landed a few steps from the child and his grandfather. The surveillance video clearly shows objects falling from the balcony and almost striking the two people on the ground.

It was said that Brown was "extremely agitated, acting aggressively and screaming at the security personnel" when the police arrived.

He has until October 11 to respond to the complaint.

The landlord brought a second lawsuit for damage to the unit and the furniture. According to this lawsuit, Brown violated the lease by "destroying, damaging, damaging the premises, as well as the furniture and appliances" belonging to the plaintiff.

It is said that Brown refused to pay for the damage.

Brown did not comment, reports CBS Pittsburgh.

The Steelers said they would not comment.
