Are Prince Charles and Meghan Markle Hearing?

In just a few months, Meghan Markle has proven to be an impressive addition to the royal family. Not only did she nail each of her official appearances – including her first solo engagement – but she also revealed her first solo project, Together: Our Community Cookbook. With her hard-hitting work – not to mention her enviable style -, Meghan has captured much of the public and it seems that she also has the hearts of her new in-laws.

It has been reported that Meghan and sister-in-law Kate Middleton are close and that she and Prince William have a good relationship. She is even in the good graces of the queen. But what about his father-in-law, Prince Charles? Let's just say that they could be BFFs.

The most convincing proof of this comes from the day of Meghan's wedding. After the announcement that Meghan's father would not attend the wedding, Prince Charles kindly accepted Meghan's request to drive her into the alley. A source said Weekly at the time when "Meghan asked Prince Charles to guide her in the alleys, and he is very anxious to welcome him into the family".

Not only did Prince Charles accompany Meghan on his big day, but he was also attentive to Meghan's mother, Doria Ragland, escorting her out of the church alongside her own wife, Camilla, and engaging his conversation. Her attention to Doria demonstrates her obvious affection for Meghan, who has become increasingly evident in the photos of the events they have witnessed since the May wedding.

The two were perfectly synchronized during Prince Charles's 70th birthday celebration at Buckingham Palace, where they mocked Prince Harry, who was invaded by a bee. And less than two weeks later, at Meghan's first Trouping the Color ceremony, she and Prince Charles were seen talking and laughing on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. At each of their recent engagements, it seems that the duo has found small moments to make eye contact or exchange jokes amid the heaviness of their official duties, which testifies to their strong relationship.

But perhaps even more revealing and endearing than their many amusing photos put together, the reports that Meghan would have brought Prince Charles and Harry closer than ever before. It is said that Charles thinks that Meghan is the "best thing that has happened to Harry" and apparently has a "real weakness" for her, while Harry is "forever grateful" to his father for giving him Meghan's hand in marriage . The couple even spent holidays with Prince Charles and Camilla at Mey Castle, Scotland, during the summer.

Regardless of what may be happening behind the scenes (ie the rumors of Harry and Charles), one can not deny that the photos in advance give a pretty adorable picture of the friendship between Charles and his daughter-in-law.
