Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande got matching tattoos, according to TMZ. The ink reads "a thousand tenderness", which translates as "a thousand tenderness".
Great first got the tattoo in 2014 on the back of her neck. Pete demonstrated another permanent symbol of his affection when he had the same tattooed phrase in the same place on his neck.
The reference is actually Hollywood character, Holly Golightly, in the 1961 film. Breakfast at Tiffany's. After a sentimental interaction with her beloved Fred, played by George Peppard, Holly says, "I bless you, darling, Fred, forgive me the other night, you were an angel for everything, a thousand tenderness."
The ink is not the first Ariana tattoo of Davidson inspiration. The comedian has the initials Grande on his thumb, as well as rabbit ears on Ariana Dangerous woman cover of the album on the back of his neck. Davidson also wrote a picture of a baby pig, which the couple has as a pet.
Ariana has also shown love in her tattoo decisions. The singer tattooed "8418", which was the badge number of the late father of Davidson, a firefighter who died on September 11th.
