Maybe their breakup is not as friendly as the fans thought.
Ariana Grande played Pete Davidson on Twitter Thursday night after her Saturday night live promo with Jonah Hill. In the promo, Davidson is laughing at his failed engagement with the singer of "God Is a Woman" by proposing to musical guest Maggie Rogers.
"Hi Maggie, I'm Pete. Do you want to marry? Davidson says in the clip as the host of the weekend, Hill, chokes.
Rogers, 24, refuses and Davidson responds by saying that he is "0-3", mocking his failed relationships, which include David Cazzie.
"For those who claim to hate relevance, you'll love joining it, huh," wrote Grande in a tweet erased since. "Thank you, next door."
Grande, 25, also retweeted the tweet of a fan who said: "Identify yourself, I am maggie".
Davidson used his failed relationship with the pop star as a comedy at an event he had staged with Judd Apatow, in which he joked that he was busy covering tattoos. Great later revealed that she had also changed tattoo.
