Ashton Kutcher and his former daughter-in-law, Rumer Willis, are said to have separated from real estate.
Ashton, 40, and Rumer reportedly bought the Los Angeles property in 2009 for $ 971,500 while he was still married to his mother Demi Moore. The mansion has two bedrooms, four bathrooms and 1,800 square feet.
However, The Blast reports that the actor of Two and a Half Men gave Rumer, 30, his share of the Hollywood Hills home bought together nine years ago.
On August 3, Rumer allegedly filed documents stating that their co-ownership was terminated, stating, "All debts due under the note, the trust deed and any related loan documents have been deemed paid and satisfied.
Legal documents claim that Ashton has filed a grant giving Rumer its 50% share. As Ashton filed the deed as a married man, the house also became the community property of his current and second wife, Mila Kunis, who subsequently filed a quitclaim deed stamping rights on Rumer.
It is also claimed that the house was recently "sold" for $ 572,000, but it is unclear whether Rumer paid Ashton and Mila money for full ownership of the property.
Ashton, 40, and Demi, 55, divorced in November 2013 after eight years of marriage.
Ashton bought a house with Rumer while she was still married to Demi Moore.
In July, Mila, 35, talked about Ashton's relationship with Demi and how close she is to her three children, Rumer, Tallulah, and Scout.
Speaking on the WTF With Marc Maron's podcast, Mila said, "They had, like a normal and real relationship. They had three children that they raised. It was like a normal life.
"He was younger but he loved those kids."
In 2015, Rumer acknowledged that his mother had started dating the actor of That '70s Show when it was his childhood.

Actress 90210 confessed to Howard Stern: "It was one of the many on the wall, but I did it all. I have the impression that I said to my sister: "Man, ugh, okay, I have to take it off the list."
It was really weird for a minute but I have to congratulate him, he was really a handsome father and the prospect changed very quickly. This is when you open your Teen Beat and you just take it, find someone else and set it up. "
