BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4) – The Judicial Committee of the US Senate plans to hear testimony Thursday from an accuser of sexual assault against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, but not so far from a Boulder woman who has similar charges.

Ramirez is Boulder's wife who claims that the Supreme Court candidate has been exposed to her at an evening at Yale University. The claims were made to New Yorker magazine.
Ramirez 's support at Boulder is not hard to find.
"A woman is not likely to make this kind of accusation unless there is a substance behind her," said Jerry Naugle.
