Michael Avenatti's law firm was deported from his California offices for unpaid rent after the judge dismissed his attempt to block the eviction, the latest setback of the lawyer who had been arrested on charges of more domestic violence early this week.
The lawyer and his cabinet were ordered to leave a Newport Beach office building after the court announced its earlier decision to relocate, the Los Angeles Times reported.
His law firm – Eagan Avenatti – was sued after missing four months of rent payments totaling more than $ 213,000.
The owner of the office building, Irvine Co, won the lawsuit last month and ordered the company Avenatti to leave the premises on November 1st.

Avenatti then applied for a stay, which delayed deportation until Friday's hearing. He argued, on behalf of Avenatti & Associates, another company he owned, that he had had an "oral lease with the landlord", a claim that the owner dismissed .
Avenatti was absent at both hearings.
The Orange County Superior Court Judge Robert J. Moss reportedly asked the landlord's lawyer if he had any news of Avenatti, which he responded by saying he had spoken on Tuesday but that he had not heard of him.
"There have been other events that have happened and I have not heard about it since," said Mark Kompa, the Times reported.
Avenatti told the Times that the eviction from his business is a "non-event" because she "was already moving out."

Avenatti was detained on Wednesday for a charge of domestic violence in the crime, after a woman – whose name remains unknown – filed a report on domestic violence.
He denied the allegations of spousal abuse and was released after posting a $ 50,000 bail. He said that he was looking forward to the decision of the investigation for the release of his name.
Last month, he was the victim of two referrals as part of a criminal investigation for his role in promoting the charges against Kavanaugh. The chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Chuck Grassley, directly accused Avenatti of conspiring to provide false statements to Congress.
A court decision also recently ordered Avenatti to pay nearly $ 5 million to a lawyer at his former law firm.
