Avengers 4: The Last Escape Shows Gwyneth Paltrow's Pepper Potts In The Iron Man Rescue Armor

Relatively little detail has been revealed about the fourth Avengers movie, which has no title yet, though a revealed photo suggests that Gwyneth Paltrow's Pepper Potts might play a bigger role than expected.

The photo, posted on the Instagram account KPOW !, appears to be a selfie that Paltrow has taken since the shoot, although the actor has not published it on any of its official social media.

He shows Paltrow in a personalized purple version of the Iron Man costume. In comic books, Potts occasionally threaded Tony Stark's combinations under Rescue's alter ego, even though it featured a red and silver color scheme.

The character appeared for the first time in Iron Man (2008) and has been part of the Marvel film universe ever since, although Potts notably put Stark's armor to save the day Iron Man 3she has yet to give herself her own identity as a superhero.
