Earlier this week, WWE SmackDown Champion Becky Lynch responded to a Forbes article that noted that she "channeled her inner Conor McGregor" to which Lynch responded that they were "related as an Irish brother and sister, but if ever I was within two miles of him, I would break this link and his arm, in three seconds I would be too [tempted]; he would understand completely too. "
McGregor told Lynch that he would call her if she needed a backup copy, says Lynch, "New York is beautiful in the spring," which is exactly what WrestleMania will be 35 in April. WWE then wrote an article about their conversation, which prompted Lynch to respond: "I heard Conor go quickly to New York if a call was made." This would imply that if she made a call, she could potentially bring the UFC Superstar to WrestleMania.
WWE and McGregor have been around for years, but their presence has not yet taken place at WWE TV.
The man does not channel anyone. @TheNotoriousMMA & I are related as an Irish brother and sister. But if ever I was less than 3 km from him, I would break this link and his arm in three seconds. ?? I would be too tempting; he would understand completely too. Proper12 after.

Sincerely, Conor. I'm wearing two divisions at the moment, but you know exactly how. I hear that New York is nice in the spring, though. ???? https://t.co/51VSVCCG28

Earlier in the day, Seth Rollins, WWE Intercontinental champion, himself qualified as "champion man" after defeating Dean Ambrose (in his hometown of Cincinnati, OH) in a Steel Cage match at WWE Starrcade. Lynch commented that she currently had a "concussion and a broken face, what is the excuse of all the others?"
Game outside? Hostile environment? No Brock? No Bryan? No Ronda? No Becky? ….no problem. The man, the champion The most hardworking MFer in this business has just destroyed Cincinnati. #EVERY HEART #Starrcade

Also earlier in the day, WWE posted an Instagram article on "The Best Men in WWE History", connecting Becky Lynch alongside "Macho Man", Randy Savage, Boogeyman and others. The female champion of SmackDown was not interested in her entry on this list.
Lynch talked with New roses Earlier this month, noting that "the man" is not about sex, but a "state of mind".
"The man is not a sex issue," said Lynch. "It's a state of mind – it's about being at the top." He enters the men's locker room [saying]& # 39; Sorry guys, none of you cut mustard. I am the man now. I'm taking this boat. I'm the most successful of all Superstars on Raw and SmackDown in 2018. I've won the most games. therefore, I am not only the man of the locker room of women, but also that of men. I am the man. "
It's cool, there is 'o' there. they're the man is my own statement. After decades of (awesome) men as The Man, what could be more powerful than telling cloakrooms of both sexes: "I'm The Man now, what are you going to do about it?" Because make no mistake, that's what I am. pic.twitter.com/LGEmuogWWO
