FOXBORO – It will not be one of those game plans where Bill Belichick will be able to win the best weapon of the opposing offensive and force a team to beat the Patriots with spare parts. This primary target simply does not exist in the dolphin's offense.

Perriman was the Ravens' first-round pick in 2015, but suffered a knee injury on the first day of the training camp and did not participate in a match that year.
