PHOENIX – Looking to save a lot of money during Black Friday?

A personal finance website has reviewed 7,000 offers in 35 product categories across multiple retailers to determine the stores offering the highest average discounts at Black Friday.

WalletHub has discovered that the Belk department store is the best place for the holidays, with an average reduction of around 69%.

There are no Belk stores in Arizona, but thankfully, many offers are still available online.

"Most of these offers are going to be both online and in-store, and will likely start before Black Friday itself," said Jill Gonzalez, an analyst at WalletHub. News KTAR 92.3 FM Friday.

"If you are looking for specific items … there are big doors that offer you Black Friday, but remember that they are usually in limited supply and that people tend to have problems." To align it, "she said.

Arizona's next best choice is JCPenney, which offers an average 65% discount on Black Friday.

The other top 10 stores were Internship, Kohl's, New York & Company, Payless ShoeSource, Dick's Sporting Goods, Macy's, Fred Meyer and Shopko.

The True Value hardware store ranks last with about 16%, which is lower than the average 37% discount achieved by all retailers.

"Keep your eyes fixed for 37% off. Anything above or above is a real black Friday affair, "said Gonzalez.

The "clothing and accessories" category accounted for the largest share of items on sale (about 23%), while the "books, movies and music" category was the weakest, with less than 1% of products on sale.
