Here is a scoop of mid-term elections in which you can dive.

Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield, co-founders of Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream, team up with liberal PAC MoveOn to roll out seven new ice cream scents inspired by seven Progressive Democratic candidates running for 2018.

"We need a Democratic majority to control the unlimited power of President Trump," Cohen and Greenfield said in a statement posted on MoveOn's website. "And we must also send progressive champions to Congress who will repair our health care system with Medicare for All, protect clean air and water, and make a great profit from the policy.

"We need seven incredible flavors of ice cream (and flavor names) that are not only tasty, but also capture the essence of each candidate," the statement said.

Cohen and Greenfield will select the winners and make a batch of each flavor, then draw them.

The campaign is looking for flavors for Pennsylvania candidate Jess King, Illinois candidate Lauren Underwood, Ohio candidate Aftab Pureval, Iowa candidate JD Sholten, California candidate Ammar Campa Najjar, the country's candidate Colorado Stephany Rose Spaulding

The contest is not associated with Ben & Jerry's Homemade, Inc., the company that makes Ben & Jerry ice cream in stores.
