"2018 was the best year for us," Bergman and Dodd told PEOPLE in a statement. "Not only did we find ourselves after all this time, but we fell so deeply in love."

Bergman, a software sales account manager, and Dodd, a construction project manager, got married after first meeting Season 7 of the show.

In episode 4, aired in July, the couple is open to their hopes for the future, including the roles they would like to play to expand their family.

"It seems like he really wants his wife to stay home and take care of the kids. So it's something very different, "said Bergman, 30, in a confessional.

The expectant mother will share her concerns about Dodd's roots (both her mother and grandmother are at home) and how they oppose her uncertainty about how she wishes to see its family dynamics manifest itself in the future.
