The time of Kaley Cuoco The Big Bang Theory ends but its passage on the small screen is far from over.
The actress, known for her role in CBS comedy Penny, announced on Wednesday that she would play Harley Quinn in a new animated television series.
During the New York Comic Con event, a teaser of the show was released, starring Cuoco, 32, portraying the impertinent female character.
Quinn, who has become one of the favorite fans of the DC universe since his interpretation of Margot Robbie in 2016 Suicide team – Cuoco will also produce the series.
In addition to The Big Bang Theory actress, Wanda Sykes, Lake Bell (Wet american hot summer), Christopher Meloni, Giancarlo Esposito (Out Wrong), and Jason Alexander (Seinfeld) are all supposed to be the voice of the show's characters.
No official first date has been published.

The news of the new Cuoco concert comes just two months after the announcement of The Big Bang Theory ended after twelve seasons in May 2019.
Following the announcement of CBS, the actress expressed her sadness at the idea of ending the role she played since the beginning of the series in 2007.

"This hike was a dream come true and her life changed," she wrote on Instagram at the end of August. "No matter when it was over, my heart would have been broken in two. Drowned in tears, we promise to bring you the best season to date. "
She added, "Thank you to the fans, our team, our families, Chuck Lorre, Warner Brothers, CBS and all those who have supported us for so many years. We will go out with a shot. "
The Big Bang Theory is aired on Monday at 20h ET on CBS.
