It does not feel like Christmas morning for "Big Brother" Christmas alum after the reality star was arrested in Tampa, Florida.

Abbott, 36, was busy with mischief Tuesday, according to the Tampa Police Department.

According to a police report Us Magazine and TMZ, Abbott got into an argument with ex-boyfriend Benjamin Bunn's new girlfriend, Samantha Morse, outside at Tampa gym in August.

Things escalated quickly, the report said, after Abbott's "threw a coffee cup" and rammed "the victim's vehicle twice" with her Mercedes-Benz SUV, causing more than $ 5,000 worth of damage to Morse's car. The fitness superstar also called Morse's "pathetic, home-wrecking little (expletive)."

Abbott was reportedly eight months pregnant with Bunn's child at the time of the incident. The reality star gives birth to their son, Loyal, Oct. 8.

Us Magazine and TMZ report that officers allowed to become pregnant. She was released on her own recognizance less than an hour after surrendering.

She took to Instagram after her release to defend herself.

"There are lies and truth to every story and I'll share mine when I'm ready." "Until then, I'm being proactive, taking care of this responsibility," she wrote on her Instagram story, "with a picture of her holding her newborn.

She continued: "I'm focused on providing for a difficult and challenging life situation.
