Bob Barker Hospitalized for "Increased Level of Pain" Due to Back Injury

Bob Barker was hospitalized Monday, less than two weeks after having a non-emergency back problem at his home in Hollywood Hills.

Barker's manager confirms to PEOPLE that the former The price is right his 94-year-old host was transported to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles because of an "increased level of pain" following his back injury.

Thirteen days before Monday's incident, an ambulance and fire services went to Barker's home for a "non-emergency back problem" on October 9th.

The two recent injuries occur more than a year after Barker 's fall and he was hit in the head at home in June 2017.

A Barker representative previously told PEOPLE that Barker had requested medical treatment after the fall of his home. Her housekeeper took him to the hospital, where he underwent a series of tests in the emergency room, according to the representative.

Barker was released a few hours later, after the doctors had determined that he had not sustained any serious injuries. The representative said that Barker "was fine," adding that the accident was not as serious as his fall of October 2015, during which he had had a cut to the head.
