Bob Woodward has pledged Friday to publish audio tapes supporting the claims made in his book "Fear" if one of his sources asked him.
Mr. Woodward, reporter and editor at The Washington Post, agreed in an interview with conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt.
By sharing excerpts from the interview on Twitter, Mr Hewitt argued that anyone who rejected the way they were described in the book should call the veteran reporter to share the audio.

Mr Woodward told CBS "This Morning" on Thursday that he would publish the tapes if "someone really wants to challenge me, of course.

Most of the book's sources are anonymous, prompting strong criticism from President Trump. Mr. Trump has already argued that reports based on anonymous sources should not be credible.
In an interview on NBC's Today, Woodward defended his use of anonymous sources. He explained that all incidents are documented with participants and dates.
