WINDSOR LOCKS, Connecticut – Travelers to Bradley International Airport Connecticut are in the dark due to a power outage.
The airport tweeted Monday morning around 5am that the main power source was shut down and Terminal A was operating with backup power. Some areas were not equipped with lighting.
The power was restored soon after, but around 6 o'clock in the morning. Officials again tweeted that the airport was out of power. The road access to the airport has also been temporarily closed. No projection of TSA occurs.
Travelers are encouraged to check with their airlines the status of their flights.
