According to a HGTV press release, the house will be brought back in time through a "70s-inspired rehab".

Of course, viewers have seen that outside Studio City House Plans – The interior of the Brady House was located on a sound stage. The HGTV designers will reinvent this interior ensuring that the result stays true to Brady's spirit. So, woodwork and orange retro kitchen? May be!

"This project is so exciting that we are creating one of the most iconic homes of many of our viewers," said Loren Ruch, senior vice president of programming and partnerships at HGTV. "This will be the first time in history that the house of all our memories will be created in a real physical workplace – it's definitely a trip back in time."

In August, HGTV beat former N Sync member, Lance Bass, in a bidding war for the purchase of "Brady Bunch" home. Just one day after Bass announced to his fans that he had bought the famous house, HGTV landed with more dough.

While we are sad for Bass, we are delighted to tune in "A very Brady renovation"!
