Braun Strowman would have big problems behind the scenes with WWE owner Vince McMahon and the management of the company.
The Monster Among Men, which measures 6 feet 8 feet, reportedly had a series of battles with senior officers, insiders claiming that he was "his own worst enemy".
Strowman, 35, is one of the biggest stars on the list and has enjoyed a huge breakthrough in the title photo over the past 18 months.
Many were expecting him to win the pay-TV title last week, but were shocked to lose an extremely fast match against Brock Lesnar for the belt.
The apparent reluctance to turn the WWE's leading man into a 385-pound giant has left a lot of puzzlement, but Mike Johnson, of PW Insider, says it's because of a significant "heat" behind the scenes .
Four different sources confirmed that Strowman was in hot water after gaining a reputation for arriving late and leaving early.
Johnson said, "There are times when Strowman is careless when it comes to showing up at the time.
"Sometimes he makes mistakes in terms of etiquette behind the locker room," Johnson said. "Sometimes, as one person said, it's his worst enemy and his worst lawyer.
"They would be high on him and just when he would get to the point where one might think the next step is to put him in the center of society. [then] something is going on and he is doing some kind of faux pas in the backstage and the people in the management are pretty calm with him and they step back. "
Meanwhile, Strowman would also suffer serious injury problems, with Dave Meltzer claiming his "knees were affected".
The winner of Money in the Bank this year was a strong and professional man before joining WWE in 2013. He made his debut with the Wyatt family, but has distinguished himself since he left alone as a simple competitor.
