There was a small problem. Nielsen, at age 54, was pregnant with what she called her "miracle child", which she kept secretly. She says she was obviously not showing up on the Philadelphia set earlier this year to start filming. This made a nervous meeting with his ex.
"Nobody knew that I was pregnant." When I walked in, it was like: "Oh, my God, I wonder what Sylvester will feel about that," says Nielsen. "But we buried the hatchet a long time ago, it was nice, he congratulated us, we were brief, when we are together we are two professionals, and we keep it that way."
When the crowd of Philadelphia extras attending the boxing match saw Ludmilla, applause was heard. "It was a spontaneous position and applause from thousands of extras – it was a wonderful and amazing day," said Nielsen.
Returning a month later to film the entrance to her dinner was more stressful, she said, because she had "jumped" and was fully visible at 32 weeks. She tried seven evening dresses, looking for one that would give her a fair look and would conceal her pregnancy. After a few careful shots, "things were easily put in place under circumstances that could have been catastrophic," says Nielsen.
While Drago de Lundgren goes through a human transformation in the film, Ludmilla remains ugly until the end. When his son Viktor loses his fight against Adonis Creed (Michael B. Jordan), Ludmilla flies away from the audience.
Ludmilla said, "You're just like your father. You can not win. You are good for nothing. I have to go. "Like many people, she chose money and power," says Nielsen.

But after giving birth in June to her daughter Frida with her husband Mattia Dessi, then aged 39, after 11 years of testing, Nielsen is delighted to be a mother for the fifth time. (She has four grown sons.)
"My four boys were really crying and all over the world Frida was born on a happy planet, she's the most harmonious baby that has slept all night for a month and a half, she's eating well and she's pooping. well, "says Nielsen. "She's really a miracle."
