Browns' Nick Chubb: Productive in a Small Role

[ad_1]

Chubb ran the ball three times for 25 yards in Sunday's 38-14 loss to the Chargers.

Chubb was only on the field for seven offensive shots, although his output – 8.3 yards per run – did not go unnoticed by his head coach. During his Monday press conference, Hue Jackson suggested that the Browns should give Chubb more opportunities in the hurried match. The halfback rookie has not worn the ball more than three times in a game this season, but his 16 attempts for 173 yards and two touchdowns in total suggest that he deserves more work. We will see if Chubb's workload will increase Sunday against the Buccaneers.
