If you are a professional athlete, especially in a bad team, it is important to remember that your sport is just a game and that life is of paramount importance. Just ask the quarterback of the Bills, Nathan Peterman, who said this after throwing a pick-six that gave the Texans a touchdown lead with a little over a minute to play and another interception on a potentially decisive drive.
Raiders smuggler Bruce Irvin expressed a similar sentiment, but in a very different way after 27 to 3 of Oakland were beaten by the Seahawks in London.

This video of WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder wearing a mascot from the Spanish show "Nacion ESPN" went viral over the weekend. Many websites then published an unsubstantiated claim that Wilder broke the jaw of the man inside the suit. (Mr ESPN said the mascot was not injured.) Mr Wilder apologized on Sunday, who also applauded a viral tweet claiming I did not know that there was a person inside the suit.
