Authorities gave green light to the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport after the discovery of a suspicious package outside Terminal 4 on Sunday night, according to the Broward Sheriff's Office.
Just after 6.30 pm A report of this package was sent to Regional Communications, BSO said. Traffic was blocked at the airport.
BSO agents and the ministry's anti-bomb squad responded to the call. The parcel was not clear in the immediate, but BSO said just before 10 pm. that "the mine clearance team and the deputy ministers felt that the package was safe".
